Fitness Instructor

Dr. Natalie Gentile is a certified fitness and yoga instructor who brings a physician’s perspective to movement, strength, and sustainable wellness. She is the founder of Rebel Wellness, a lifestyle medicine–oriented wellness space in Pittsburgh’s East End that offers group fitness classes, personal training, teaching kitchen experiences, educational workshops, and an on-demand digital library.

Her approach to fitness is weight-neutral, anti-diet, and deeply practical, focused on helping people understand the why and how behind movement, habit change, and physical resilience. Dr. Gentile also works closely as a lead instructor with Walk at Home, the leading indoor walking program and app by Leslie Sansone. She is proud to lead the Highland Park chapter of Walk with a Doc, a free, physician-led community walking program. She is a lululemon Train Ambassador for the Pittsburgh/Shadyside community and a frequent instructor at major fitness and wellness events. She is also a regular fitness segment contributor on CBS Pittsburgh’s Pittsburgh Today Live. Her classes emphasize accessibility, strength, confidence, and long-term consistency over trends or extremes.
